Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for a Receptionist / Business Development Center Representative to join our TEAM at our Toyota & Ford dealerships in Ottumwa, IA.

Receptionist / BDC Requirements:
- bilingual ability preferred, but not required - High School Diploma or GED preferred
- receptionist serves as the “Director of First Impressions” welcoming & assisting guests directing them to appropriate personnel and/or departments within the dealership
- receive, determine, and disperse incoming phone calls to correlating staff
- deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- assist the sales & service departments completing various operational & support tasks
- provide high quality customer engagements assisting, scheduling, and confirming service related customer inquires
- service appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
- responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound customer phone calls related to the service operations
- assist customers with scheduling appointments
- direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
- take notes of all customer interactions in the customer retention management software system
- provide personalized customer service of the highest level and maintain any customer information confidential
- good listening and interpersonal communication skills
- excellent telephone etiquette: confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
- ability to navigate through numerous computer windows in an efficient manner while speaking with customers on the phone
- tactfulness when speaking to customers
- great time management skills and ability to work independently

Hours & Compensation
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- $17/ hour performance incentives
