Job Description:
- Customer Support for the spare part business
- Customer communication related to lead times
- Support of price calculations and quotations
- Order processing for spare parts
- Proactive monitoring of spare part orders
- Support in spare part process optimization
- Interface to all departments involved
- Securing promised delivery time
- Responsible for escalations to reach the lead time
- Responsible for internal and external reporting of the spare part business at one key customer
- Leading the customers consignment stock at the Grenzebach warehouse
Requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or technical field
- Well structured, organized and independent way of working
- Willingness to travel approximately 5% of the time
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of business administration
- Technical understanding would be beneficial
