About the job:
- As a smaller business we need an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to assist with daily admin tasks throughout the week. These tasks will support all back-office staff and will align with the growing business needs. As this position gets more integrated in the day-to-day operations, there will be opportunity to focus and grow skills.
- Data Entry into a dual GL system: bank and credit card transactions, other
- Travel expense report review/approval
- Spreadsheet management
- Light office duties: managing snacks/coffee, receive packages, organization
- Other duties as assigned
- Self-starter
- Ability to switch directions at a moments notice
- Analytical

- Working knowledge of excel
