As a Leasing Professional with Greystar, you will have the opportunity to attend community and networking events, align yourself with local associations and community organizations, and participate in outreach marketing efforts to drive traffic to your community and generate viable referral sources and new business leads. Your goal will be to continually update the market survey to stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and design and execute marketing activities and events to create and drive traffic to the property.
