GRH America, a National Fluid Power Association (NFPA) domestic manufacturer member, supplies high quality products like gear motor, gear pump, orbital motor, hydraulic power unit, mono block valve and sectional valve. The company is looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. GRH customers include both OEM manufacturers and hydraulic product distributors. The main responsibilities of this position is to revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade OEM to take GRH as its new vendor and distributors to partner with GRH to sell GRH products.
Responsibilities :
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
Present, promote and sell hydraulics products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Identify customer's requirement and gather specifications, organize the data and provide the specifications to factory
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and email
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyze the territory / market's potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a sales representative to sell hydraulic components, preferably with knowledge and experience of mobile hydraulic components like gear motor, gear pump, orbital motor, hydraulic power unit, mono block valve and sectional valves
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
