Job Summary:

The National Account Executive, GridBase manages the sales objectives and strategic sales and business development priorities of the Company within GridBase, with a specific focus on lender accounts. This person will independently represent GridBase products and services to lender accounts to meet and exceed sales revenue expectations, sales profitability and budgetary objectives, and enhance the overall customer experience. Success in this position is demonstrated by meeting and exceeding sales and budget goals, and building our brand with customers whom consider us invaluable partners to their success.

 

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Includes the following key areas and duties, as defined by Senior Leadership, which may be modified or increased as necessary:

  • Executes a sales strategy that drives corporate objectives and revenue growth expectations
  • Manages key customer relationships and participates in closing key strategic opportunities. Lead multiple sales calls with various c-suite executives and other senior leadership within enterprise sales opportunities
  • Achieves a sales funnel with the ability to forecast and measure performance from lead generation to close
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional organizational teams to develop the necessary tactics and relationships to ensure high client growth, satisfaction and retention.
  • Self-source leads and opportunities through industry contacts, networking, conferences, thought leadership, panel participation, social media, etc.
  • Manage pipeline of sales opportunities in Salesforce.com
  • Manages customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction and to the overall customer experience. Ensures that our customers are successfully transitioned from sales to operations
  • All other duties as defined by your supervisor

 

Education and Experience:

This role requires 10 years of progressively responsible lender sales experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven record of success with business-to-business sales environment in or with the mortgage, fintech, proptech, title insurance, or real estate industry BA/BS degree and/or relevant work experience is required.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Analytical and creative in approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Proven ability to develop strategic goals, drive company sales, and achieve profit objectives
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the real estate, mortgage lending, and title insurance industries, and strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the title insurance industry
  • Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills are essential. Must be able to operate independently with little supervision.
