Required education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and/or agency
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- 7 years of experience working with ATS platforms, and job board tools (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Linkedin Recruiter)
- Experience managing a small team of recruiters
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
