Duties and Responsibilities :
- Drive safely and courteously to customer's service locations, ensuring your vehicle is well-maintained and in good repair.
- Respond to work assignments and tasks as directed by the management and a dedicated dispatch team.
- Maintain a professional image by representing the company at all times while in uniform and driving a vehicle with company information, putting our best foot forward to uphold our reputation.
- Consult with our valued customers on their specific garage needs and provide superior solutions that fit their individual needs.
- Foster lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inspect, install, repair, and maintain garage doors.
- Maintain an organized truck with inventory and sales materials.
- Organize and submit service and sales reports on a weekly basis.
- Processing customer payments, including cash, credit card, or check transactions.
- Deposit money received by customers into the bank weekly.

Skills and Proficiencies :
We offer paid training at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV for 3 weeks. Moreover, we assist in organizing your travel arrangements and cover all related travel expenses.
