What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Sales and Service Representative position at Groe Advisors LLC?
- 3 years of inside sales and/or customer service distribution experience in the electrical / heating industry
- Ability to read detailed documents such as specifications and equipment schedules
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and working knowledge of a CRM database
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and externally
- Top-rate organizational skills - ability to multi-task and manage tasks effectively in fast paced environment
- Highly competitive and motivated * Solid understanding of sales metrics
- Creativity and an ability to convey and sell new ideas
- Strong negotiation skills are preferred
Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To):
- Order entry
- Obtaining quotes from vendors, checking price and delivery, including special pricing
- Quoting customers
- Handling customer return process
- Expediting Orders
- Purchasing Parts
- Updating the CRM Database
- Performing research as needed
- Customer follow-up
- Participation in onsite channel partner seminars

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
