What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep - DTC position at Groskopf Warehouse and Logistics?
The DTC Customer Service Rep will coordinate all aspects of wine order coordination as a member of the team in support of warehouse and DTC customer service.
Responsibilities include coordinating the daily flow of order processing including AMS order entry, pick slip prints and ship confirmations, promptly responding to daily e-mails and phone calls from Groskopf customers, providing consistent excellence in customer service to Groskopf contacts. Candidate will work with warehouse staff to insure all order deadlines and accuracy guidelines are met. Will also be responsible for managing file imports and excel club files for DTC data and order flow
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Candidates must have high standards as well as excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to work with all members of a dynamic team. Must also have versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts is required. Proven business acumen skills. The ability to manage priorities and workflow, have good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions with minimal supervision and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Related customer service or order management experience highly desired.
AMS or other related system experience preferred. Microsoft Office with Excel skills. All candidates must have a high school diploma.
