Position Description:
Ground Level Inc. is currently seeking to employ a full-time herbicide technician. The incumbent must demonstrate the following:
- Ability to work long hours in extreme conditions throughout Florida
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
- Dependability and reliability
- Strong work initiative and leadership amongst co-workers
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Some knowledge of proper herbicide application technique/methodology
- Maintain a professional/presentable appearance
- Ability to communicate effectively with crew leaders and management
Work Hours:
- Monday thru Saturday
- 6:30am to 5:00pm
Required:
- Some herbicide knowledge/experience
Preferred:
- Native and exotic/nuisance vegetation identification
- MSHA/OSHA certification
