The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a well-rounded background in ground-up construction. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple teams, and is passionate about delivering top-quality results. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce company safety protocols.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction-related challenges proactively.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or residential ground-up construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
