Main Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of defense wargames
• Conduct in-depth analyses of game results and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain complex models and simulations to support wargame scenarios
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of wargame scenarios

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. military operations research, computer science, mathematics)
• Experience with defense wargaming and analysis (senior applicants should have experience supporting large-scale defense wargames)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
