Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, tenant requests and work flow, using software programs in place.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Utilize Yardi for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
  • Support property manager, assistant property manager and engineering staff functions as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and basic office equipment.
  • Familiarity with Yardi, and Microsoft Business applications are a plus.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be considered a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.40 - $20.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
