Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, high-energy sales professionals who excel in cold outreach, lead generation, and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who wants uncapped earning potential in a fast-growing, high-ticket commission environment.
Income Potential – What You Can Earn
This is a high-ticket commission role with uncapped earnings. Here’s an example of what’s possible:
Closing just ONE marketing agency for 100 white-label client accounts would earn you:
Over $10,000 in upfront commission
&
$3,500 in monthly residual income for as long as the accounts remain active (you become the account manager).
Imagine closing multiple agencies or scaling up retail clients—the earning potential is unlimited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Use phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads, ensuring consistent deal closures.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Educate potential clients on Hyper Local Ranking strategies, showing them how they can increase their visibility and customer acquisition.
- Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients to support their ongoing success.
- Market Research & Networking: Stay informed about industry trends and leverage insights to improve sales performance.
- Long-Term Growth: Continue earning monthly residual income from all closed deals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years in outbound B2B sales with a proven ability to prospect, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline. Industry experience in digital marketing, SaaS, advertising sales, or other high-ticket B2B sales is a plus but not required.
- Sales Expertise: Strong cold calling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills in the $5K–$100K range.
- Resourcefulness & Persistence: Ability to find decision-makers and leverage multiple tools to connect with them.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for outreach and CRM systems to track sales efforts.
- Location: Must be based in or around Northern New Jersey, as we are expanding and opening an office in the area. While remote work is available, local candidates will have in-person collaboration opportunities.
