Key Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:
- Assist in the sales process by promoting products, services, and promotions, answering
all questions while providing excellent customer support
- Work closely with the customer support and sales team and other Customer Support
Representatives to refine sales strategies and improve customer support aimed at
boosting sales performance and securing customer retention
- Handle customer's complaints, concerns, or questions with professionalism, offering
support and making sure their needs are met
- Record sales transactions and interactions with customers to ensure sales goals are
being met and customers are satisfied
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set for the Customer Support Representative
Qualifications of a Customer Support Representative:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Representative, in sales or related fields
is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for the Customer Support
Representative position
- A positive team-oriented mindset with the desire to lead team members
- Ability to work independently and as
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as neede
