Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our growing team. You will be a strategic and trusted advisor who plays a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business goals of your market. You will serve as a consultant and key contact for leaders and employees, providing expert guidance on the full spectrum of HR matters. This HRBP will be responsible for our Montana and California markets.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / REPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and people needs.
- Translate business needs into actionable HR strategies and programs.
- Provide consultative advice and support on a wide range of HR matters including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and more.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Facilitate open communication and build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Stay current on HR best practices, legal and regulatory updates, and industry trends.
- Proactively identify and address HR risks and compliance issues.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
- Manage the performance management process, ensuring clear goals and objectives are established and performance is effectively measured
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field. PHR certification prefererred.
- ADP knowledge a plus
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and current labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience partnering with leadership to lead and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office excel, word, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 40-50%
