Your Role:
As our Client Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that each client has a seamless experience—from onboarding to ongoing support—ensuring they receive exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding of new clients, making sure they understand and maximize the features of our hosting and website services.
- Lead and manage a customer support team responsible for answering client tickets, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to maintain excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries, providing exceptional support and addressing any complex issues.
- Develop and implement client onboarding plans, ensuring each client feels supported and confident using our services.
- Upsell clients additional services when timing calls for it.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues, fostering positive and long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support and website design, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients (Client Retention Strategies), gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience or offer additional services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client success or project management, ideally in a SaaS, hosting, or web services environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a customer support team and ensuring top-notch service.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a knack for relationship-building.
- Familiarity with website hosting platforms, client onboarding processes, and customer support best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools is a plus.
