Salary : $70,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience)
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the technical development of electrical designs at GS Engineering. This role will provide a critical function within our team, developing solutions from concept through production. As such, this position requires an individual with a strong technical aptitude and the flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of each of our Clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the following tasks, and others as assigned :
- Independently solves technical problems of moderate complexity within their area of expertise and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Typical assignments may include (but are not limited to);
Development of new / improved platforms including ground-up design, integration of systems, implementation of advanced technologies, and cost reduction;
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Technical : Solve practical engineering problems and deal with a variety of variables and requirements in situations where only limited standardization exists. Meet project assignment expectations and client requirements.
Cost : Understand and successfully execute to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Quality : Deliver design solutions, and other documents that achieve customer expectations for quality.
QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES :
Experience in design of embedded systems preferred;
