Job Description: The client seeks TWO experienced Desktop Support Specialists to aid in client’s Windows 11 Upgrade Project to migrate from Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 (32-bit) to Windows 11 and Office 365 (64-bit).
This individual will be responsible for upgrading and reimaging workstations to Windows 11 in addition to installing and configuring Office 365 and other related software. The specialist will also serve as a point of contact for tracking and reporting deployment status and troubleshooting any upgrade issues. The Desktop Support Specialist will exhibit excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills by working directly with end users in addition to collaborating with other client technical and project teams.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $32.24 - $34.32 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
