Job Description Client is looking for a Systems Analyst with 10 years of experience to lead go-live planning and coordinationCandidates for this position are required to have experience developing and executing system test and implementation plans. Also, candidates for this position should possess strong leadership skills, strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills; be self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers and the agency at large; be proficient in Organizational Change Management; have prior experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service(SaaS) solutions; be able to manage security access and user profile management;; possess excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with internal customers in nontechnical terms; be proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint); be proficient in creating business and system requirements. Candidates should highlight any experience working on criminal justice projects.
