Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines. The Quality Assurance Inspector will work closely with various departments to maintain quality control throughout the production process.
Duties
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects and ensure product integrity.
- Analyze inspection data and generate reports to communicate findings and trends.
- Conduct quality audits to verify adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including research data collection and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards where applicable, contributing to food safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA/QC or quality inspection within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
