Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide part-time, temporary support. This is an open-ended temporary position with flexible hours, averaging two hours per week. While the majority of the work will be remote, occasional errands or in-person tasks related to executive activities may be required.
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar
- Arrange activities and purchase gifts
- Run errands as needed
- Assist with other personal or administrative tasks as requested
Ideal Candidate should have the following:
- 1 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Highly organized, proactive, and discreet
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently
- Conversational English skills are a plus
