Job Title: Human Resources Director/Manager
Onsite Position in Scottsdale, Arizona
Job Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This role will involve leading HR strategy, policies, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with legal regulations. The HR Director will collaborate with executive leadership to foster a positive work culture and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Advise and collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, culture, and talent management.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and maintain a workforce planning strategy to address both short-term and long-term business needs.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that reflects the organization’s core values.
- Implement employee engagement programs to foster a motivated, committed, and productive workforce.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of performance management systems, including employee evaluations and feedback.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and providing coaching for employee development.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal compensation regulations, and work to maintain equitable and competitive pay structures.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
- Foster open communication between management and employees to address concerns and improve morale.
Training & Development:
- Develop and oversee training and development programs that align with the organization’s goals and employee growth.
- Promote leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
Legal & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on labor laws and best practices in HR management.
HR Technology & Reporting:
- Leverage HR technology to streamline HR processes and improve data analytics for decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular HR reports to executive leadership on key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage HR budgets effectively to support the department’s objectives.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources across HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR manager, with at least 8-10 years of experience in human resources leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change, influence organizational culture, and engage employees.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
