Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies: Analyze client requirements to create targeted sourcing plans.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize various channels (phone, email, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine suitability for client roles.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate pay rates and salaries, and manage the offer process.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within GTT's ATS.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networking sites for recruiting.
- Ability to learn and utilize applicant tracking systems.
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Familiarity with the technology industry and technical roles.
