Job Summary:
Join GTT as a Recruiter and play a crucial role in our continued growth. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals, including recent graduates, to significantly impact their earning potential. You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top technical talent with our prestigious client base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies: Analyze client requirements to create targeted sourcing plans.
• Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize various channels (phone, email, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine suitability for client roles.
• Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate pay rates and salaries, and manage the offer process.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within GTT's ATS.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone presence.
• Proficiency in using social media and professional networking sites for recruiting.
• Ability to learn and utilize applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
• Familiarity with the technology industry and technical roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
