Working at the direction of the Western Region Executive Vice President, and Western Leadership, they will spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, standardize best practices, drive continuous improvement, and position the organization for strategic growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the Western Region EVP, and working closely with Western Region leadership, this role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our operations and ensuring our competitive advantage in the electrical contracting industry.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive key initiatives strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and growth objectives.
- Serve as a key stakeholder to identify, evaluate, and prepare the Western Region and broader organization for growth opportunities.
- Drive the culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in the Western Region, and collaborate with Central and National.
- Serve as a Project Executive for selected High-Risk projects.
- Establish measurable KPIs to track progress and demonstrate the value of operational excellence initiatives.
- Process Improvement and Standardization
- Lead the identification, development, and implementation of best-in-class operational procedures in the Western Region.
- Standardize project management methodologies, ensuring consistent application across diverse project types and geographies.
- Optimize the utilization of existing technology platforms, including ERP, project management, and field service management systems
- Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean certification, or similar credentials highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, contracting operations, and industry regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive experience in operational leadership roles, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
- Proven experience implementing operational excellence initiatives in construction, preferably in electrical contracting or related specialty trades.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in operational performance and financial results.
- Experience leading multi-site operations and standardizing processes across diverse business units.
