About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team based out of our corporate office in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. This position reports to the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering and plays a vital role in supporting the company’s marketing initiatives to optimize brand awareness, lead generation, and sales performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
- Draft and implement monthly email campaigns tailored to different market segments, tracking performance to optimize engagement.
- Assist in the management of paid advertising campaigns (PPC/SEM) through third-party vendors, ensuring optimization of ad spend and campaign performance.
- Support SEO efforts through content optimization, blog writing, and monthly performance reporting.
- Work with the team to integrate CRM systems with SEO/SEM strategies, improving campaign tracking and communication.
- Conduct surveys and focus groups in collaboration with sales to gather customer insights and inform product positioning.
- Perform competitive analysis and SWOT evaluations to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, including subsidiaries, to maintain a unified brand image.
- Support the creation of branded graphics and marketing materials that align with the company’s visual standards.
- Develop and distribute product content such as infographics, sell sheets, white papers, and press releases to effectively communicate product value.
- Assist in drafting and distributing press releases for product launches and company announcements.
- Provide marketing collateral such as presentations and product information to support the sales team in meeting business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with sales targets. Help organize sales training sessions and provide materials.
- Write SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and case studies to improve the company’s online visibility.
- Assist in the development of multimedia content such as videos and infographics to support marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the company’s participation in trade shows and industry events, managing logistics, booth design, and staffing.
- Develop strategies to maximize lead generation at events, ensuring follow-up on all captured leads post-event.
- Create promotional materials for trade shows, including brochures, banners, and giveaways.
- Track event performance and analyze lead conversion, providing insights into ROI.
- Assist in drafting press releases and distributing them to announce new products, partnerships, and company milestones.
- Manage sponsorships and event appearances to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Assist in using CRM systems and SEO tools to provide actionable insights for marketing improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- College degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with marketing strategies and digital content creation.
- Insight into Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp, and TikTok trends and ranking optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
- Solid grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- Comfort in working with analytics and making suggestions based on data.
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, multitask, and take initiative.
- Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Extreme attention to detail (required).
- 3 years of experience in Marketing (required).

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
