Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Flight Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical care situations. You will also utilize critical thinking skills to manage the critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patient and support physicians' orders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in an emergency or critical care setting, current RN licensure in the states served by the assigned area, and EMT Certification in state(s) where required. Additionally, they will possess advanced certification (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) preferred, instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred, and physical demands to lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance.
