Your Job Guardian Industries is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our customer service team located in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you are responsible for the oversight of the master data and new part SKU creation process, customer claims, and customer assortments. What You Will Do
- Oversight of new and existing Item / SKU requests from cradle to grave reinforcing the governance process.
- Support needed review of products prior to new request initiation, review new request against our SLA for each customer segment, perform analysis to determine if similar sku already exists, opportunities to combine multiple sku's, with a focus on complexity management of new sku creation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for questions, issue resolution and communication (via email, Teams or any other communication method), including rejection follow-up.
- Support CAMs and other requestors in the creation of new requests in the workflow system.
- Monitor every step of the workflow for all open requests and ensure SLAs are met. When SLAs are not met.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, partner with capability team on continuous improvement & system optimization.
- Review complexity associated with new sku creation and partner with supply chain / operations on capability and seek alignment to any challenges or concerns associated with new sku.
- Lead KPI oversight and communications
- Manage approvers across capabilities and ensure viable sku' are approved in timely manner Assortment Creation and Clean-up :
- Creation of assortments in customer catalogs so they are visible for purchase from the customer portal
- Work with TSM's and CAM's and data sets to determine assortments that need to removed or added
- Maintain agreements with new assortments
- Ensure assortments are added to agreements as needed Claims & RPA :
- Responsible for oversight of customer claims, ensuring accuracy of claims submitted, and working with shared service center, customer, TSM, and CAM's on ensuring claims are properly filed, escalated, and completed with accuracy. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with strong organizational skill sets.
- Experience in handling large sets of data and utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage data through pivot tables
