The Individual Markets Strategic Growth and Innovation organization is responsible for assessing and driving strategic opportunities and initiatives for the Individual Markets (IM) business related to profitable growth, technological innovation, customer experience, as well as product and services. As the Strategic Business Management Leader in this organization, you will work as part of a team to develop plans and roadmaps to execute and deliver on these critical initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing a compelling strategic narrative and high-quality materials for executive stakeholders (Board, GLT) to articulate and amplify IM strategic messaging and obtain support for growth.

- Experienced at developing effective and engaging executive level presentations
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple deadlines

- Able to navigate relationships across all levels and cross-functional areas of the organization using strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and judgment.

Salary Range :
148,940.00 - $244,685.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
