Job Responsibilities:

• Review and assess various tax documents, including W-2s, 1099s, tax returns, and other financial statements.
• Conduct a full review of the client’s financial situation, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Analyze and compare national standards vs. actual financial standards to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Calculate paystubs accurately to determine income verification and affordability.
• Perform detailed bank statement analysis to track spending patterns, deposits, and cash flow.
• Enter and organize financial data with accuracy and efficiency in tax and financial software.
• Maintain thorough and detailed notes on financial findings, ensuring clear documentation for reporting and compliance.
• Identify potential financial risks and areas for improvement in client records.
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and financial regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting, or financial analysis preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze financial documents and assess full financial situations, including expense reviews.
• Knowledge of national financial standards vs. actual standards and how to apply them in financial assessments.
• Proficiency in data entry and financial software, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed notes and records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and financial trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with financial professionals.
