Guernsey, Inc. is seeking a full-time operations utility technician to assist in the daily operations including, but not limited to all functions within office products, furniture, janitorial, breakroom, delivery, and warehouse operations. The incumbent is responsible for striving to make Guernsey, Inc. the lowest cost and highest quality office products distributor in the region. This position is responsible for displaying a positive attitude and strong work ethic, ensuring that this is conveyed to all colleagues within Guernsey. This position is responsible for raising the quality of customer interaction at Guernsey to the highest level and exceeding customer expectations by providing consistent, efficient, and timely service, while working within the goals and guidelines of Guernsey.
The individual must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience within an operational service function preferred. The individual must possess a sense of urgency and professionalism in responding to the employees and customers of Guernsey.
