Guggenheim Securities has a full-time position available in the finance team focused on auditing and analyzing expense reports to ensure compliance with the firm’s travel and entertainment (T&E) expense reimbursement policies.
The position will be remote. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to partner with individuals across the Firm.
Guggenheim is seeking a proactive Expense Analyst for the Expense Review and Control Team to support Guggenheim Securities. This person will join a dynamic team in handling T&E expense review for all divisions of GS. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail oriented, exercise excellent judgment, have exceptional communication skills, demonstrate strong customer service and professionalism, must handle a heavy workflow with a high level of accuracy.

Essential Job Functions
- Audit employee expense reports online for accuracy and compliance with the T&E policy
- Address all inquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve T&E related issues or queries
- Mine and analyze data to develop management reports
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties
- Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance discipline
- Experience in a collections role is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide superior customer service and quick responses to inquiries
- Ability to interact well with diverse levels of employees
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

- Self-starter who can work with the other professionals on the team
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Expense Management, Finance, Operations or Executive Assistant
- Annual base salary between $45,000 to $50,000
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
- Currently, this role is expected to be a remote role, working 5 days a week.
