As a Child Development Coach at Guidepost Montessori, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our students. Your primary focus will be on observing children closely to understand their needs and developing strategies to meet those needs. You will also prepare the classroom environment to foster independence and concentration among our students.
One of the key aspects of this role is providing individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development. You will work closely with our teachers to ensure that every child receives the attention and care they need to succeed. Forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a sense of community within the classroom are also essential aspects of this position.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience working with children aged 0-6 and possesses strong interpersonal skills. A customer-service oriented mindset is essential for success in this role. Additionally, you must have a valid negative TB test or be willing to take one prior to your start date, as well as a valid CPR certification or be willing to obtain it prior to your start date.
