As a skilled craftsman, you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role involves interacting with customers, delivering high-quality craftsmanship, and maintaining store inventory.

You will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in maintaining specific store inventory, and continually build business through great customer experiences and quality work.

- Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, provides an excellent customer experience, and connects with customers in a meaningful way.
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities, and develops knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques to ensure retention.
As our Repair Technician, you will:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Additional duties as assigned.
