Job Title: Guitar Technician (Luthier)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned guitars while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain store inventory and assist in upkeep of the guitar repair area.
- Interact with customers, demonstrating craftsmanship in servicing instruments and building relationships through great customer service.
Requirements:
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with musical instruments and basic knowledge of guitar mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
