We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to provide high-quality maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to enhance their musical experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work as requested.
- Train and develop knowledge in sales techniques to support our mission of fostering lifelong musicians.
