As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist with maintaining specific store inventory, driving business growth through excellent customer experiences and quality work.

- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a solid understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners, communicating information and techniques for retention.
Your Responsibilities as our Repair Technician:
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
