As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, assist with inventory maintenance, and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.
The following characteristics contribute to our successful Repair Technicians:
- Customer Focus: Demonstrates customer service principles, provides an excellent customer experience, and connects with customers meaningfully.
- Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues, follows through on work activities, and develops knowledge and skills.
- Selling: Participates in the GC certification program to gain a solid understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques.
Your responsibilities as a Repair Technician include:
- Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Providing high-quality craftsmanship for customer-owned instruments
- Maintaining store-owned gear as requested
- Completing warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
