Job Description
As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, continually enhancing business through exceptional customer experiences and high-quality work.

- Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so they are retained.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
