We are seeking a skilled Repair Tech (Guitar) to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, assist in inventory maintenance, and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences and quality work.
To be successful as a Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you must possess:
- Customer Focus: Provide excellent customer service, understanding customer needs and delivering solutions with a personal touch.
- Initiative: Identify opportunities and issues, taking proactive steps to resolve them and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Selling: Develop a strong foundation in products and sales techniques through our certification program.
- Training: Effectively train learners and communicate complex information, ensuring comprehension and retention.
As a Repair Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Providing high-quality repair services for customer-owned instruments.
- Maintaining store-owned gear, as requested.
- Completing warranty repair work.
- Additional duties assigned by management.
