The Repair Tech (Guitar) role requires providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring business growth through quality work and excellent customer service.

- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer principles, and connecting with them meaningfully. Approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers.
- INITIATIVE: Identifying opportunities and issues, following through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. Quick learner, taking positive action without being requested. Developing knowledge and skills, including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Working through GC certification to gain a basic understanding of products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
