Position: Administrative Assistant
Status/Schedule: Non-Exempt/Full-Time 40 hours M-F
Location: Alexandria Regional Office
The Alexandria regional office is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work with the administrative staff, providing support to various departments. Duties include but not limited to; answering telephones, entering/verifying billing service data, maintaining medical client files, tracking required program documentation, maintaining client records, electronic filing, payroll data reports, maintaining multiple electronic database systems, and other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma, and a minimum of two years clerical/medical billing work experience.
Position requires a strong clerical background, especially computer skills (Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Excellent data entry, communication and organizational skills are required.
This position requires an individual with versatility, diligence, attentiveness, and eagerness to improve existing operations.
The ability to handle multiple responsibilities, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
