About the Role :
As the Network Technician (Level 2) at Gulf South Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for handling more complex technical issues and providing advanced support to our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a high rate of ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver world class customer service, both written and verbal, exemplifying a client-first mindset prioritizing clients success.
- Provide advanced IT support, resolving hardware, software, servers, printers, switches, firewalls and access points quickly and effectively.
- Administer and support Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, Microsoft 365, Entra, and other critical systems.
- Handle tasks such as user onboarding / offboarding, password resets, spam filter management, and remote connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network problems to minimize downtime.
- Accurately log tickets, resolutions, and communications in ticketing system.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for internal and external use, updating any changes, as needed.
- Work with vendors, internal teams, and clients to resolve escalated issues.
- Safeguard sensitive data by following security best practices.
- Participate in low volume after-hours on-call rotation every 3 weeks, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
