We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant to work in our Tallahassee office.
Description:
The administrative assistant will provide support to the therapists and assistance to our clients in a quiet office setting. There is some flexibility with work hours and schedule. The assistant should have solid communication abilities, good interpersonal skills and good organizational skills in using word processing, email and practice management software. A background check will be required for successful candidates before employment is finalized.
Duties:
Check clients in and out of the office
Answer phone calls and emails
Arrange new client intakes
Schedule appointments
Manage therapists' calendars
Check clients' insurance benefits
Send invoices and enter payment info
