Our highly rated dermatology office is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to help our existing reception staff meet business needs. Strong preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of professional receptionist or comparable customer service experience.
Job responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients
- Efficiently handling multi-line phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Assisting billing company with payment collections
- Various clerical duties as needed
