Facilities Maintenance Associate

Job Summary

As a Villa Maintenance Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and functionality of our villa accommodations, golf facilities, and public areas. Your expertise in general repairs, preventative maintenance, and customer service will contribute to a seamless guest experience and well-maintained property.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform repairs on drywall, siding, and furniture
• Maintain and repair appliances, including dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, and vacuums
• Conduct basic electrical wiring and plumbing repairs
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
• Clean gutters, maintain pump houses, and complete water tests
• Fill softener salt and ensure water systems are functioning properly

Property & Guest Services

• Ensure villa rooms and public areas are well-maintained and meet resort standards
• Provide timely and professional service to guests and internal teams
• Communicate effectively with the housekeeping and villa office teams to resolve maintenance concerns efficiently

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety and security protocols to prevent hazards
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest and company information
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and general maintenance
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• HVAC knowledge a plus
