Now Hiring: Front Desk Agent
As a Front Desk Agent at Gull Lake View Golf Resort, you'll be at the heart of our stay and play guest experience. Your welcoming personality and exceptional attention to detail will set the tone for our guests' stays. You will assist guests with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and ensure their experience is seamless from start to finish. What You'll Do:
- Warmly greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer guest inquiries about resort services, amenities, golf bookings, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring guest preferences are met.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and exceptional guest experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for hospitality, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
