Gundersen Health System is seeking two IT Interns to join our team and assist with the implementation of RightFax, an electronic fax solution that will replace our traditional paper faxing system.
As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in the rollout of RightFax, helping to streamline our faxing processes and enhance our overall efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy individual looking to gain hands-on experience in IT project management and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and configuration of RightFax software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- An ideal candidate will be pursuing an Associates or Bachelors degree in IT or Business and looking to gain hands on experience within a healthcare environment.
- Basic understanding of software and comfortability with installation work
- Strong ability to work independently
- Strong Communication Skills
- Reliable transportation to split time between La Crosse, WI and Onalaska, WI as needed.
- Location: La Crosse, WI Main Campus; there may a need to also provide support in Onalaska, WI
- Schedule: Hour can be flexible between Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, Ideally we are looking for a student who can commit to working 20 hours/ week.
- Our Internship will provide professional, hands on experience within our ITDS department.
- Potential to grow and develop into a full time career upon graduation
