We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented professional to support our CFPB client.
Duties and responsibilities include:
In this role, you will support the Cybersecurity Program Manager in carrying out their duties by providing exceptional administrative support
- Plan and coordinate small-scale events
- Support workforce development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Direct demonstrated experience providing executive support and administrative experience to an IT organization
- Ability to research solutions and answers to questions using the internet, reference documents, job aids, etc
- Demonstrated understanding of functional cybersecurity concepts
- Demonstrated experience in working with and developing cybersecurity training materials
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal communication skills, professional phone manners.
- Excellent writing skills, proficient in proof reading and formatting technical and policy documents.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detailed oriented
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years administrative experience supporting a Cybersecurity program
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining SharePoint content
Certifications: Security preferred
Education: High School diploma or GED required. AA or BS in IT-related field preferred.
Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
